Why Wild Meadow Marketing exists

To live in a world with more kindness, compassion and empathy; that’s my BIG DREAM.

 

Taking my first full time job in the charity sector way back in 2003 felt like coming home. To work in a place filled with energetic, committed people who believed wholeheartedly in our mission. Truly, it felt like family.

 

Over 20 years later, having meandered through customer care, marketing and accountancy for charities, a stint in copywriting, as a calligrapher, lettering artist and sign writer, I’ve finally found my path.

 

I’ve realised that the mission-led spirit I loved in the charity sector exists everywhere: in the creative maker pouring their soul into their craft, the wellbeing practitioner healing their community, and the small business owner building something with integrity.

 

Now, I combine my 20+ years of charity experience and my degree in graphic design with life experience, creativity, curiosity and a stronger than ever desire for social and environmental justice.

 

As a director of a fledgling CIC myself, I understand the unique challenges of the third sector. But I also know the weight a solo-creative carries, and the quiet dedication it takes to run a wellness practice.
